The guest speaker of the event was Alexander Golts, journalist, deputy editor for website EJ.RU (Yezhenedelny Zhurnal), Moscow, Russian Federation. This interview was realized by Iulia Joja, consultant for Euro-Atlantic security and defence, in Bucharest on September 04, 2017, during the participation of Alexander Golts at one of the events that are part of the “Dialogues with Russia for a new generation of experts” implemented by ESGA with the support of Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation, German Marshall Fund of the United States of America.

Within this project, ESGA aimed to engage the young generation of experts proactively in the efforts oriented on setting a new agenda for the dialogue with Russia and to encourage the participants to public debates.
